Booking & scheduling
Reduce appointment coordination and give customers a simple way to request a time slot. Our first SaaS product focuses on this workflow.
Appointments, schedules, notifications, and manual data entry add up. We build practical SaaS products and AI-assisted workflows that help businesses reclaim time for their customers.
We help small and medium-sized businesses identify practical opportunities to reduce repetitive work, starting with workflows that already consume their teams' time.

Scoped per engagementWe are working toward configurable SaaS patterns that serve multiple industries. The examples below describe potential applications; availability depends on the product release.
Coordinate resources, opening hours, booking durations and buffers across spaces.
Let clients select appointment services and available times with less messaging.
Create a consistent booking and management process for small teams.
ARZ AI studies the workflows behind manual entry, coordination and fragmented tools. Two engineering projects provide practical evidence across scheduling, forms, orders and document workflows. We are turning implemented capabilities into configurable modules for an emerging multi-company SaaS platform.
Phone, front-desk and legacy system bookings coexist. A LINE channel needs to support exceptional hours, booking buffers, concurrent requests and staff review.
Traditional temple services involve collecting attendee information, checking payments and preparing documents, often across paper forms and disconnected messages.
Both scenarios follow a common pattern: capture a request, apply rules, route it for review and update its status. We are extracting these steps into configurable product capabilities.
Product stage: Founded in February 2026, ARZ AI has an early booking product and team project implementation experience. Self-service, multi-tenant SaaS features are being developed. The scenarios above describe team experience, without unverified customer or performance claims.
Tell us about your workflow ↗Our early booking implementation is the starting point for a configurable SaaS platform. AI-assisted administrative workflows are a broader direction we are evaluating with businesses.

Planned Claude API workflows include interpreting natural-language booking requests, extracting form details and drafting customer replies. Scheduling decisions and changes remain subject to system rules and human confirmation. This integration is on the roadmap.

ARZ AI is an early-stage startup founded in February 2026 and based in Taiwan. Our mission is to make practical AI automation accessible to businesses facing growing administrative workloads and limited team capacity.
Our first SaaS product builds on implemented appointment management modules. Our broader work focuses on workflow consulting, AI-assisted administrative processes, and integrations. We are starting with customers in Taiwan; international expansion is a longer-term direction.
Businesses, studios, and service providers managing scheduled appointments. Suitability depends on operating hours, appointment rules, capacity, and existing workflows.
The interactive example is a local front-end demonstration. It does not connect to a real booking backend. Please contact us for onboarding or product availability.
